I was born in Budapest, Hungary, where I became interested in 3D Landscape Art during my college studies. I have been working with Vue and Photoshop for six years, and with the invaluable help of highly skilled 3D masters, I have managed to improve my skills to a professional level as a 3D Landscape Artist.
Before founding D&D Creations, I worked for three years in the video game industry as a terrain & level designer, and I have completed several 3D visualization projects as a freelance artist. I am also a contributing author of 3D Artist magazine.
I am honored to say that I’ve won several awards given by E-on Software and other art sharing sites with my work. I have published six tutorial articles for 3D Artist and many of my works were showcased in the magazine. I designed the cover image for 3D World Issue 156, and some of my making-of tutorials are available online.
Currently I work and live in central Netherlands, where I founded D&D Creations, a studio offering 3D Visualization, 3D Content, Training and Audio Production services with Michel Rondberg. Besides working in the studio as a 3D Landscape Artist and Creative Director, I also work as a Software Specialist for Vue and as a Product Copyright Consultant at YURdigital. Via D&D Creations, I was honored to work on commercials, documentaries, educational films, for amusement parks and in Virtual Reality projects, including a promotional video for Beechcraft's King Air 350i, the Aqua Bella show of Dolfinarium Harderwijk, De Gouden Eeuw for The Historical Museum of Amsterdam, INSURGENT - SHATTER REALITY VR Experience and many more...
Writing articles and tutorials focusing on proven techniques applied in VUE. Published several step-by-step tutorials and an official review of VUE 2014, based on thorough testing of the software.
Providing advice regarding the use of VUE to beginners, advanced users and 3D professionals as well. Responsible for moderating YURdigital’s VUE forum topics. Offering consultation on intellectual property rights and avoiding copyright infringement for 3D content developers.
Responsible for creating realistic 3D environments in VUE integrated in pipelines involving 3ds max, Cinema 4D or Maya. Gained extensive experience in visualizing existing locations based on geographical data, making timeline-based animations of natural elements, creating HDR skydomes using photometric lighting model. As a 3D content developer, responsible for creating assets for VUE and other 3D applications, promotional design, product & sales promotion and customer support. Gained valuable skills in Wordpress-based online content management, web design and eStore management.
